The spray saturator is made of acid resistant stainless steel without lining. Its structure has the following characteristics:

1. The spray chamber is composed of body, outer sleeve and inner sleeve. A cyclone separator is formed between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve to remove the acid mist droplets entrained in the gas and play the role of an acid remover;

2. The gas inlet and gas outlet are separated into two arc distribution boxes, in which nozzles are arranged, and the direction of the nozzles is toward the gas flow, forming a good gas flow contact surface;

3. The lower part of the spray chamber is a crystallization classification tank. The spray chamber is connected with the crystallization classification tank by a downcomer. The circulating mother liquor returns upward from the bottom of the crystallization classification tank through the downcomer, continuously generating ammonium sulfate crystals, passing through the suspended ammonium sulfate mother liquor moving upward, promoting crystal growth and causing particle classification;

4. A full flow pipe for mother liquor is set at the lower part of the spray room to control the liquid level at the lower part of the spray room, so as to make the gas flow in the annular room from the inlet to the outlet.
